A Norfolk man wanted in connection with a fatal Virginia Beach stabbing was arrested in Richmond early Thursday, police said. Kavitte Conway, 30, was wanted by Virginia Beach Police Department on a charge of second-degree murder in the stabbing death of 38-year-old Anthony Garcia. According to a Virginia Beach Police spokesperson, officers responded around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday to a call for service in the 1800 block of South Streamline Drive. This is off Potters Road near Oceana Boulevard. At the scene, officers found Garcia suffering from multiple stab wounds.
