Regional Internship Summit, 10 a.m.-3 p.m., Chartway Arena, 4320 Hampton Blvd., Norfolk. Hampton Roads Workforce Council and Old Dominion University are hosting a summit for high schooler, college students, student veterans and folks participating in workforce training or certificate programs. Breakout sessions will address interviewing techniques, the importance of mentorships and top industries in the region. The event will include a panel discussion of high school and college students who will share their internship experiences.
